3 eggs / 3,5 cups of whole grain flour / 1,5 cups of vegetable oil / 1,5 cups of fresh daily milk / grape molass / large pieces of bitter chocolate / walnuts / morellos

Whipe the eggs , add whole grain flour, oil and milk and continue whiping with a mixer. Mix for at least 5 minutes for the cake to rise. Add molass as much as needed for your taste preference approx.4 table spoons. Add large pieces of chocolate, walnuts and morellos. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for about 45 minutes.

Tips: If you want the cake to be slightly wetty do not overcook than recommended. Large pieces of chocolate will help you give the chocolate pouring effect from the slice.
