Who can resist the fantastic smell of a fresh baked cake just coming out of the oven? It is a wonderful way of getting your kid used to eating vegetables like cabbage, carrot , etc in the way that they like. Here is an easy recipe for you to get your kids eat these vegetables in a un way:

Ingredients:

3 cabbages

4 eggs

2cups of flour

1cup of whole grain flour

1 carrot

1/2 cup of peas

parsley or dill

fresh onion leaves

First whip the eggs, then add the grated carrots and continue whipping a couple of minutes. Start adding the flour mixture slowly and continue to mix them at the same time until they become somehow viscose. Then add the grated carrot, tiny chopped parsley, chopped onions and a pinch of salt. After you get a homogenous mixture, pour them into the oiled oven cup, cook in the preheated oven at 180-200 degrees C for about 40 minutes. Serve hot while it is still crispy, or if they like it softer then you can wait until it gets warm.
